No more ghosts in the machine

Ever since last friday, I’ve got my desktop back.
You might remember that I experienced some problems with my newly bought PC from Tones.be.
I’m glad to say it appears to be fixed. The friendly people from Tones.be did some testing and in the end replaced the motherboard and reinstalled Windows Vista. I haven’t seen a BSOD [...]

Your rights as a consumer

I’m very curious at the moment to find out what’s going to happen when tones.be can’t find any direct cause to the BSOD and freezes on my newly bought desktop.
Is it going to be : “Here you are, wa can’t find anything wrong. Please come pick up your PC and enjoy your BSOD.”
