What’s the status of your FireFox favorites?

Mine are a complete disaster.
I "use" my Firefox favorites together with the Google Toolbar web history / favorites.
Needless to say, when you look at the left screenshot, I need to cleanup the Firefox list. The usually happens to me after a couple of months. I visit and browse so many sites, and often add them to my favorites.
Then, after a while, there's so much in the list it stops being usefull. So, I guess it's time for the old clean-up.
