  Blogs for sale Blogging, Business | (2)

  You have a blog, a great looking domainname, and in the last couple of months, you're starting to get decent traffic, backlinks, pagerank ... the whole nine yards. So what's the next step? You sell the blog right? Apparantly so. A blog that I read on occasion and is in my RSS reader is Blogohblog.com, and guess what? It has been sold the other day for a whooping 10.000 $. Yep, that's right, 10k. For us euros out there, that's 6823,14 €. Now, whether or not the particular blog is worth that amount of money, I'm not going to post an opinion.   Guide to upgrading your wordpress installation Blogging, Wordpress | (2)

  I think a lot of bloggers will agree with me when I say Wordpress is the best platform out here. We all love it. But, and yes I'm sorry there's a but, I hate upgrading it. A new version this week, and update the next week. Bugfix here, bugfix there ... Upgrading is a biatch.   Troubling news! At least for Mac users looking for pr0n. According to a press release from Intego, an internet security company. If you read the entire realease, it clearly states you have to download and install the trojan yourself. So I guess there really isn't much to worry about. And the RSS contest between John Chow and Shoemoney is over, with Shoe taking home the loot. Pretty funny if you ask me, because the Chowman was so convinced of his victory. You know what they say, the bigger they are ...
