  I'm playing a lot with my Google Adsense account the last few days, and a friend recommend the book Google Advertising Tools from Davis Harold. So here is my opinion about it. It is composed into four major chapters. I found chapter two and three to be the most important because they are about Adsense and Adwords itself.
