The other day I mentioned my search for a billing application.
Here I present several of them:

I have created a free account on all of these webaps, and plan to review them shortly this week.
Criteria will be usability, simplicity and profesionability.

    Sunir from FreshBooks here.

Stefson, I’m curious what you think. If you have any questions, you can contact us at +1(416) 481-6946 from 2pm to 11pm your time, or hit us at support@freshbooks.com.

  2. Hello Sunir, thanks for stopping by.

Simplybill fell off the wagon pretty fast. It was very easy to use, but lacking a bit in options and diversity.

As for Blinksale and Freshbooks, I like them both. On first glance, both services look very professional.

Freshbooks however is awesome and so easy to use.
I absolutely love the fact that your customers receive a link in the mail of your invoice so they can view the bill online and print it out if they want. Looks very professional.
The tabs to manage everything from clients to invoices and reports are super.
Also, the site is very fast and stable, unlike Blinksale, that takes some time to load in the browser from time to time.

But, Freshbooks offers limited clients to manage and unlimited invoices to send. Blinksale does the opposite, they offer unlimited clients and a number of invoices you can send a month.

As for me, I send little invoices a month but have lots of clients. Luckily, I just found the option to customise your plan in Freshbooks to suit your needs, so that’s great!

In closing, I’m probably going for a customised plan with Freshbooks once my new site and project goes live.

    Great service you guys have.

    Chrz

    Stefan
