I’ve not been keeping tabs on Age of Conan, but is it me or are we hearing less and less from that game? A great article can be found on r1ftgaming, where they interview Erling Ellignsen. If you don’t want to read the entire thing, I’ll give you a quote:
And there we have it, folks. I’m a bit disappointed with the answers, of course, but that’s not surprising. If you call “able to attack another player” a “PVP System” then I guess that’s your call. Perhaps I should have said “No meaningful PVP System” or perhaps “A PVP System different than Bruce Lee on the Commodore 64.”
Something else now.
SPORE … EA … DRM.
A lot has been said and written about that subject in the last couple of days. Even Amazon.com is getting spammed. Instead of getting all gungho about it, I’ll just say this: I’m not buying it. Sure they have every right to protect their intellectual property, but for the love of god man, don’t treat your paying customer like thieves. So that’s all there is, I’m not buying it. Which sucks, because it looks like a fun game.
Found a cool ‘Make your PC look like a Mac thingy’ called Stardock. Anyone that has experience with it?
Hahahaha, make your PC look like a Mac thingy? You mean the dashboard? Why not buy a Mac instead, then you don’t have to make your PC look like one. Your computing experience will even improve 100%.
