Flash game: Pandemic 2
Found this game earlier today at work.
Hosted by the great people of Kongregate. I bring you Pandemic 2.
Objective:
Evolve your disease, infect the world and exterminate 6.3 billion people.
I know, sounds a bit freakish, but it’s very addictive.
The above screenshot is a session I did today. I created a parasite, made it waterborn, and waited until it got around the world. As you can see, it infected pretty much the entire globe. Unfortunately, human scientists were able to construct a vaccin in time. I did manage to wipe out civilization in China, North Africa & Western Europe in the end. Oh well …
This game was a lot of fun. Took a few tries to get the virus to spread to all the countries before all the borders and airports were closed. But, I finally got em all. I fear this means I’m a sick person.

I agree, it’s a very addictive game. The key is to make sure your epidemic spreads throughout the world before you start adding fatal symptoms.
