As an avid PC gamer , and an occasional Wii sports (bowling) player, I’m not shy to say I definitely don’t like (hate?) PC game ports. Nowadays, a lot of games get released on consoles first, and ported to the PC afterwards. Usually that means the game looks, feels and plays … euhm how should I say this … crappy?
Take for instance the PC version of Assassins Creed. I’ve seen/tried the game in action on my brothers PS3, and it looks/feels great. But apparently the PC version is severely lacking. Thank god for honest reviews. Other game review websites could learn from this, but I guess that’s hard when gaming firms pay the bills.
